The service
Tesla Engine Sound, run by Wayne Mobile S.L. (Spain), plays a synthesised engine sound in your browser. With your permission it uses your browser’s location to estimate your speed and drive that sound. It never controls your car.
Driving safely
You are responsible for driving safely and lawfully. Set the engine and volume before you drive, keep the volume at a level where you can hear emergency vehicles and your surroundings, and stop using the service if it distracts you. Don’t use it where artificial vehicle sounds are not allowed.
Availability
The service depends on your browser, its GPS signal and your connection. The speed estimate can lag or drop out (for example in tunnels), so the sound may not match the car exactly. We provide the service as is and may change or stop it.
Free use and Tesla Engine Sound Pro
Free use gives you 5 minutes of engine time per day with every car except the V12 engines. Tesla Engine Sound Pro costs €4.99 a month or €49.99 a year, VAT included, and adds unlimited time, all cars including the V12s and the manual gearbox, on up to 2 devices.
Pro is a subscription. It renews automatically at the end of each month or year, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the Pro panel in the app, which opens your Stripe customer portal; Pro then stays active until the end of the period already paid, and is not renewed.
EU right of withdrawal: you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because Pro is digital content supplied immediately, at checkout you ask us to start it straight away and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once it has started.
Names and trademarks
Tesla Engine Sound is not affiliated with or endorsed by Tesla, Inc. Tesla is a trademark of Tesla, Inc. Car and brand names belong to their owners and are used only to describe the character of each synthesised sound; no recordings of those cars are used.
Liability and law
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer. Spanish law applies.

El servicio
Tesla Engine Sound, de Wayne Mobile S.L. (España), reproduce un sonido de motor sintetizado en tu navegador. Con tu permiso usa la ubicación del navegador para estimar tu velocidad y mover ese sonido. Nunca controla el coche.
Conducir con seguridad
Eres responsable de conducir de forma segura y legal. Elige motor y volumen antes de arrancar, mantén un volumen que te deje oír vehículos de emergencia y tu entorno, y deja de usarlo si te distrae. No lo uses donde no se permitan sonidos artificiales de vehículo.
Disponibilidad
El servicio depende de tu navegador, de su señal GPS y de tu conexión. La estimación de velocidad puede retrasarse o cortarse (por ejemplo en túneles), así que el sonido puede no coincidir exactamente con el coche. Se ofrece tal cual y podemos cambiarlo o retirarlo.
Uso gratuito y Tesla Engine Sound Pro
El uso gratuito incluye 5 minutos de motor al día con todos los coches salvo los motores V12. Tesla Engine Sound Pro cuesta 4,99 € al mes o 49,99 € al año, IVA incluido, y añade tiempo ilimitado, todos los coches con los V12 y el cambio manual, en hasta 2 dispositivos.
Pro es una suscripción. Se renueva automáticamente al final de cada mes o año, al precio que viste al suscribirte, hasta que la canceles. Los pagos los procesa Stripe. Puedes cancelar cuando quieras desde el panel Pro de la app, que abre tu portal de cliente de Stripe; Pro sigue activo hasta el final del periodo ya pagado y no se renueva.
Derecho de desistimiento en la UE: normalmente tienes 14 días para desistir de una compra online. Como Pro es contenido digital que se presta al momento, al pagar nos pides que empiece ya y aceptas que pierdes el derecho de desistimiento una vez iniciado.
Nombres y marcas
Tesla Engine Sound no tiene relación con Tesla, Inc. ni cuenta con su respaldo. Tesla es una marca de Tesla, Inc. Los nombres de coches y marcas pertenecen a sus dueños y solo describen el carácter de cada sonido sintetizado; no se usan grabaciones de esos coches.
Responsabilidad y ley
En la medida en que la ley lo permita, no respondemos de daños indirectos derivados del uso del servicio. Nada de esto limita tus derechos como consumidor. Se aplica la ley española.
